Your Opt-Out Right
Soni Interiors LLC does not sell your personal information for money. We have never done so and we do not intend to.
We do, however, use advertising and analytics technologies on soniinteriorssupply.com. These technologies share information about your visit with advertising platforms so we can show you relevant ads and measure whether our ads work. Under California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and several other state privacy laws, that activity is defined broadly enough to count as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising."
This page explains what that means and gives you three ways to opt out.
What Information Is Involved
When you browse our Site, our advertising partners may receive:

Who receives it: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, Pinterest, and TikTok. We also list products on OfferUp, which receives listing and inquiry information when you contact us there.
What is never involved: We do not share your Social Security number, payment card numbers, credit application details, security camera footage, project photographs, or the contents of your quote requests with any advertising platform. Credit applications go directly to Synchrony Bank and are covered by Synchrony's own privacy notice.
How to Opt Out
You can use any one of these methods. You do not need to use all three.
1. Submit a request to us
Email support@soniinteriors.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share", or call (407) 636-8723 during business hours.
Please include:
- Your name
- The email address associated with your account or orders, if you have one
- Whether you are a resident of California or another state with privacy rights
- Confirmation that you are requesting an opt-out from the sale or sharing of your personal information
You do not need an account with us to submit this request, and we will not ask you to create one.
2. Enable Global Privacy Control
The Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a signal your browser sends automatically that tells every website you visit not to sell or share your information. We honor it.
GPC is built into some browsers, including Brave, Firefox, and DuckDuckGo, and is available as an extension for others. Visit globalprivacycontrol.org to learn how to turn it on.
Because GPC works per browser and per device, you will need to enable it on each browser and device you use.
3. Adjust your browser and platform settings

Browser cookie settings: Block or delete third-party cookies in your browser's privacy settings.

Mobile device settings: Turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS, or turn off ad personalization under "Ads privacy" on Android.

Directly with each platform: Adjust ad personalization in your account settings on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Industry opt-out tools: Visit optout.aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance) or optout.networkadvertising.org (Network Advertising Initiative).
What Happens After You Opt Out
- We will process your request within 15 business days.
- We will stop sharing your personal information with advertising platforms for targeted advertising purposes.

You will still see ads from us, but they will not be tailored based on your browsing activity on our Site.

Your shopping experience will not otherwise change. You can still create an account, place orders, request quotes, apply for financing, and use every feature of the Site.
- We will still use strictly necessary cookies for your cart, checkout, login session, and fraud prevention. Those are required for the Site to work and are not part of this opt-out.
- We will still send you transactional emails about orders you place, and marketing emails if you are subscribed. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
A note about cookie-based opt-outs
Opt-outs applied through cookies or GPC are tied to the specific browser and device you are using. If you clear your cookies, switch browsers, or use a different device, you may need to opt out again. Submitting a request by email or phone lets us apply the opt-out to your customer record, which is more durable.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask the agent to provide written proof of your authorization, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Consumers Under 16
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, provide a different level of quality, or suggest that you will receive different treatment because you exercised this or any other privacy right.
Other Privacy Rights
Opting out of the sale or sharing of your information is one of several rights you may have. You may also be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a decision we make about a request.
