Soni Interiors Return Policy
At Soni Interiors, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that selecting cabinets, flooring, countertops, and other home improvement products is an important investment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the following Return Policy.
30-Day Return Policy
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date with a valid sales receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must:
- Be unused and uninstalled.
- Be free from damage, alterations, or modifications.
- Be in new, resalable condition.
- Be returned in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging with all original parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories included.
Items returned without their original packaging, with opened boxes, or showing signs of use, installation, or damage will not be accepted.
Cabinet Returns
Cabinets are eligible for return only if they meet all of the following conditions:
- The cabinet has not been assembled.
- The cabinet has not been installed.
- The original packaging has not been opened.
- The cabinet is in factory-new condition suitable for resale.
Once a cabinet has been assembled, modified, drilled, painted, or installed, it becomes non-returnable.
Flooring, Tile & Other Products
Flooring, tile, molding, trim, vanities, sinks, hardware, and other stock merchandise may be returned within 30 days provided they remain:
- In their original unopened packaging.
- In full cartons or manufacturer packaging where applicable.
- Free from damage, moisture, stains, or excessive handling.
Products sold by the carton must be returned in full cartons unless otherwise approved by Soni Interiors.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be assessed on eligible returns under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Returns involving unusually large quantities.
- Returns that exceed what Soni Interiors considers a reasonable amount.
- Orders requiring additional inspection, handling, or repackaging.
- Orders that require special processing upon return.
The determination of whether a restocking fee applies is made solely at the discretion of Soni Interiors.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Discounted merchandise.
- Clearance items.
- Green Tag items.
- Closeout items.
- Display or floor model merchandise.
- Special order products.
- Custom-built or custom-fabricated products.
- Custom countertops.
- Products sold “As Is.”
Special Order Merchandise
Special order products are purchased specifically for the customer and therefore cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier.
Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements, colors, styles, finishes, specifications, and quantities before placing a special order.
Custom Orders
Custom products, including but not limited to countertops, customized cabinetry, and other made-to-order products, are non-refundable once production has begun.
Damaged or manufacturer-defective custom products may be repaired, replaced, or exchanged at the discretion of Soni Interiors and the manufacturer.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Customers should carefully inspect all merchandise at the time of pickup or delivery.
Any damage, missing items, or manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit or void eligibility for replacement or warranty consideration.
Damage resulting from improper transportation, storage, installation, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this Return Policy.
Installation
Please inspect all products thoroughly before installation.
Installation of any product constitutes acceptance of the merchandise.
Once any product has been installed, assembled, cut, drilled, modified, painted, or otherwise altered, it cannot be returned for any reason.
Soni Interiors is not responsible for installation costs, labor charges, removal expenses, delays, or other incidental or consequential damages associated with returned or defective products.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
Cash refunds may require additional processing for larger transactions.
Debit and credit card refunds are subject to your financial institution’s processing times.
Exchanges
Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days, subject to product availability and compliance with this Return Policy.
Price differences between exchanged products are the responsibility of the customer.
Right to Refuse Returns
Soni Interiors reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that:
- Does not comply with this Return Policy.
- Shows evidence of use, installation, abuse, or damage.
- Is returned without proof of purchase.
- Appears fraudulent or excessive.
- Is otherwise deemed unsuitable for resale.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold by Soni Interiors include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions and may require inspection or approval by the manufacturer.
Policy Changes
Soni Interiors reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
