Soni Interiors – SMS & Communications Consent Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern communications between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Soni Interiors (“Soni Interiors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By texting “YES” to Soni Interiors, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Consent to Communications

By texting “YES,” you expressly consent to receive communications from Soni Interiors via:
• Text messages (SMS and MMS)
• Phone calls (including calls made using automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages)

Communications may include, but are not limited to:
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Order updates and delivery notifications
• Customer service communications
• Estimates and project follow-ups
• Promotions, discounts, product announcements, and marketing materials

Consent is not a condition of purchase.


2. Promotional Messages

By opting in, you agree to receive promotional and marketing text messages regarding:
• Sales and special offers
• New product launches (cabinets, bathroom vanities, flooring, countertops, and related remodeling materials)
• Seasonal promotions
• Store events and clearance notices

Message frequency may vary.


3. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Soni Interiors is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile service provider.


4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received from us.

Upon receipt of your “STOP” request:
• You will be unsubscribed from SMS communications.
• You may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for the time period specified on the estimate.

Orders & Payments
• Orders may require a deposit at the time of purchase.
• Custom or special-order items may require full or partial prepayment.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Returns & Exchanges
• Custom, special-order, clearance, and installed items are non-refundable.

Measurements & Installation

Customers are responsible for verifying measurements prior to purchase. Soni Interiors is not liable for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
