1. Where We Ship

We ship throughout the State of Florida.

We do not ship internationally. Our services and website are directed to customers in the United States.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Freight and most parcel carriers require a physical street address.

2. Order Processing

In-stock merchandise. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Special orders. Lead times are set by the manufacturer and quoted at the time of order. Manufacturer lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and are not grounds for cancellation. See our Return & Damage Policy for special order terms.

Order verification. Large orders, orders shipping to an address other than the billing address, and orders flagged by our fraud screening may require verification before processing. We will contact you by phone or email if we need to confirm anything.

Availability. Inventory is shared across our three locations and our online store. If an item sells out between your order and fulfillment, we will contact you promptly with options: substitution, backorder with an estimated date, partial shipment, or a full refund of the affected item.

3. Shipping and Delivery Methods

3.1 Showroom and Warehouse Pickup

Pickup is free at all three of our locations. We will notify you when your order is ready.

  • Bring your order confirmation and photo ID. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, tell us their name in advance and have them bring ID.
  • Pickup is available during business hours. Large orders may require scheduling — call ahead.
  • Bring an appropriate vehicle. Building material requires a vehicle sized and equipped for it. Our team may assist with loading as a courtesy, but once material is loaded into your vehicle, responsibility for it passes to you. See Section 8 and our Return & Damage Policy.
  • Inspect your material at the counter or loading area before it is loaded. Once you take possession, the material is considered received in good condition.

3.2 Local Delivery — Central Florida

We deliver throughout the Orlando metro area and surrounding Central Florida counties with our own trucks and delivery partners.

  • Delivery area: Entire state of Florida
  • Delivery fee: Varies by distance and weight.
  • Scheduling: We will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the material.
  • Placement: Deliveries are made to the driveway, garage, or curb. Our drivers do not carry material inside, upstairs, or into a work area unless inside delivery has been arranged and paid for in advance.
  • Please ensure the driveway is clear and accessible, and that any gate codes or access instructions are provided in advance.

3.3 Parcel Shipping

Small, lightweight items — samples, hardware, trim pieces, accessories — ship by standard parcel carrier. Transit is typically 3–7 business days after processing. Tracking is emailed when the shipment leaves our facility.

3.4 Contracted Freight Service

Tile, flooring, cabinets, vanities, stone, and most volume orders ship by a contracted freight service on a pallet. Freight is different from parcel delivery, and knowing what to expect prevents most delivery-day problems.

What happens:

  1. Your order is palletized, shrink-wrapped, and banded at our warehouse.
  2. The freight carrier picks it up and moves it through their terminal network. Transit is typically 5–14 business days depending on distance, not counting processing time.
  3. When the shipment reaches the terminal nearest you, the carrier calls you to schedule a delivery appointment. You must respond to that call. Carriers charge storage fees for shipments they cannot schedule.
  4. The truck arrives within the scheduled window. Windows are usually 4 hours and are estimates.

What freight delivery includes:

  • Curbside delivery only. The driver brings the pallet to the end of your driveway or the curb. Drivers will not carry material into your home, garage, or job site, and are not permitted to enter your property beyond the delivery point.
  • You are responsible for unloading the material from the pallet and moving it. A pallet of tile can weigh over 2,000 pounds. Arrange help in advance.
  • Liftgate service lowers the pallet from the truck bed to the ground. Most residential addresses require it.

Accessorial charges. Freight carriers add fees for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations (schools, churches, military bases, construction sites, rural addresses), inside delivery, appointment scheduling, and redelivery. These are quoted before your order ships wherever possible. If a carrier assesses a charge after delivery because conditions at the address differed from what was provided, that charge may be passed on to you.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.

Freight quotes. Large or heavy orders may require a custom freight quote. If your order needs one, we will contact you with the cost before charging you and before the order ships. You may cancel at no charge if the freight cost does not work for you.

Oversize and overlength items. Long-plank flooring, and 16-foot moldings carry surcharges or may be pickup-and-local-delivery only. We do not ship countertop slabs.

Sales tax. Florida sales tax applies to orders delivered in Florida, including shipping charges where taxable. Tax on out-of-state orders is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

5. Tracking and Notifications

Once your order ships, we email tracking information to the address on your order. For freight shipments, you will also receive the carrier's name, PRO number, and the terminal phone number.

We may also send:

  • Order confirmations and receipts
  • Shipping and delivery notifications
  • Backorder and delay notices
  • Delivery scheduling messages, including text messages from us or our delivery partners about a specific order

These are transactional messages tied to your purchase and are sent regardless of your marketing preferences. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this information.

6. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order ships, address changes may not be possible.

If a carrier has to correct or reroute a shipment because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, the carrier's address correction or reconsignment fee will be passed on to you. Shipments returned to us as undeliverable are treated as returns and are subject to our Return & Damage Policy, including restocking fees and non-refundable outbound freight.

7. Receiving Your Delivery — Read Before You Sign

You are responsible for inspecting your material before you accept it. Once you sign a clean delivery receipt or bill of lading, the shipment is documented as having arrived complete and undamaged, and neither we nor the carrier can pay a claim on it.

Before you sign:

  1. Count the pieces. Verify carton and pallet counts against the delivery receipt.
  2. Look at the pallet. Check for crushed corners, torn shrink wrap, forklift punctures, water staining, and shifted or leaning stacks.
  3. Open and inspect where you reasonably can, particularly if the packaging shows any damage.
  4. Write the problem on the delivery receipt before signing. Be specific: "3 cartons crushed, top row tile broken." Vague notations like "subject to inspection" are routinely rejected by carriers.
  5. Photograph everything — the pallet on the truck if possible, the packaging, and the damaged material.
  6. Contact us within 48 hours at support@soniinteriors.com or (407) 636-8723.

You may refuse a shipment that is clearly and substantially damaged. Note the reason on the delivery receipt and call us the same day.

Keep all packaging and damaged material until your claim is resolved. Discarded material cannot be inspected or claimed.

Claims reported after 48 hours, or after a clean signed delivery receipt, cannot be honored. Freight carriers impose short, strictly enforced claim deadlines on us, and we cannot recover on a claim we learn about too late.

Expected breakage on large format tile. Breakage of 5% to 7% on large format tile is normal, is not a defect, and is not covered. Order 10% to 15% above your measured square footage to account for breakage, cuts, and waste. See our Return & Damage Policy.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss pass to you when the material is loaded onto the carrier's vehicle at our facility. We will assist with filing freight claims but are not responsible for loss or damage in transit.

For customer pickup and self-transport, risk of loss passes when the material is loaded into your vehicle, regardless of who loaded it.

9. Missed Deliveries and Redelivery

If no one is available at a scheduled delivery appointment:

  • The carrier will attempt to reschedule. Redelivery fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • Freight terminals typically hold shipments for 2–5 business days before charging storage.
  • Shipments that cannot be delivered and are returned to us are treated as returns, subject to restocking fees and non-refundable freight in both directions.

10. Uncollected Pickup Orders

Paid material held for pickup is stored free of charge for 14 days. After that we may charge storage of $100 per week.

We will attempt to reach you at the phone number and email on your order before taking any action.

11. Split Shipments and Backorders

Orders containing items from multiple locations or suppliers may ship separately at no additional cost to you. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

If part of your order is backordered, we will contact you with the estimated availability date and let you choose: wait for a complete shipment, ship the available portion now, substitute, or cancel the backordered item for a refund.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible at support@soniinteriors.com or (407) 636-8723 if you need to change or cancel an order.

  • In-stock orders may be changed or cancelled before they are picked, loaded, or shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, it becomes a return under our Return & Damage Policy. Outbound freight is not refunded.
  • Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed with the manufacturer.

13. Installation

We are a material supplier. We do not perform installation. We can refer you to independent contractors and installers, who work under their own agreements, pricing, insurance, and warranties. We are not responsible for the work of any contractor or installer, including one we referred you to.

Please have your installer confirm quantities and inspect material before installation begins. Installed material cannot be returned or claimed.
